Recently got back into building plastic models. Needed this lid for painting using my airbrush. The local hobby lobby didn't have one. I ordered this product on October 17, 2013. Today is October 30, 2013 it still has not shipped.
This past Saturday night my house was struck by lightning. I had to order a power strip and new power supply for my computer. I put that order in on Sunday October 27, 2013. I got those items today October 30, 2013. How is it that TCP Global Corp can't send out a lid in less then 10 days? That is the last order I will ever put in using TCP Global Corp.
After sending an e-mail to TCP and getting no response. I then called the number to see what was the hold up. They told me that the item was not in stock and was on back order. It showed in stock when I placed the order. I asked why they had not responded to my e-mail. The guy could only say "Thanks you sir" and then hang up. That's customer service? Cancelled my order.
