I used a one inch strip of fabric, trimmed to a point, put it in and it is a wonderful tool and easy to use. The meeting of the bias tape and the material,
turning the edges to a beautiful 1/4 edge. When you come to a curve, pivot the needle and turn very slowly. Beautiful! Highly recommend to all sewers and Quilters. A+ Product to a once horrible problem taken care of finally!
