IRON-ON Heat Transfer Vinyl for Cricut/Die Cut(neon pink)
My husband and I have been printing shirts for a long time now and we ordered this paper from this company and so many things went wrong. First our order didn't come in right. We ordered 2 rolls of one color and a single roll of another color. We only got 2. Then, the vinyl wouldn't stick to the shirts. We followed the directions sent from them on how to properly transfer the paper to the shirts, that didn't work. We tried contacting the company numerous times via email and by phone, and they didn't respond for a couple of days. When I tried explaining this to the company, they kept telling me that their product was fine and that it was our fault. We now are left with a 40 shirt order completely distroyed, out our money an lost a client. I will NEVER go through this company again just based off of the customer service. Their product was horrible and their service was worse, which I didn't think was possible. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH SOMEONE.... ANYONE, ELSE!!!
