Stitch formation on the sample was way off. Adjusting tensions did nothing to alleviate the problem. Hard to adjust stitch width (need pliers to turn the adjusting screw). Old-fashioned long upper blade sure makes it hard to thread or change needles. Seems, all in all, to be on the cheap side.
