I got this to punch my Filofax personal size and my pocket size. Just slide the holes with no effort! No adjusting. simple to do. I have punched up to 6 pages and easily done. It doesn't have a page guide like most punchers but there is a little notch in the middle on the top and I use that to kind of lay the paper centered to it.
