I used these bails with my swarovski elements beads and was able to easily make professional looking necklaces, relatively inexpensively. See the user contributed photos for my results.
I also have an allergy to some metals, especially around my neck and these bails were great and have not given me any issue.
I'd highly recommend these to anyone, especially given the price.
