I have been using this product for 20 years at least. It used to be called ProGold Connector Enhancer. I use it on any form of electrical contacts or connectors, such as inside of flashlights, computer add-in card edge connectors, etc. it greatly improves the reliability of the connections. One way to see clearly how much this will improve connections is to use it on batteries, especially if you notice they are getting weak. Remove the batteries from a flashlight and rub a tiny amount on the contact surfaces of the batteries and when you put it back together you will notice a considerably brighter light, every time.
My son has come to realize that whenever he is having trouble with an electronic device the first thing to do is rub a little of this on the contacts and nearly always it clears up the trouble.
