I took my machine and both old and this new one to a sewing center 40 miles out of my area and they told me it was defective because it did not work. The fit and all was fine but the pedal was the problem. I sent it back for $11 postage.
There is no place in my area that repairs machines so I made two 40 mile trips to have it working again. The packing box was not very sturdy wih a lot of tape on it. I have been very well satisfied with every thing I have received from you but this one.
