I'm a fan of the entire Vintaj product line. They have such a variety of beautiful metal components -natural brass, copper, pewter, and black art deco. I particularly like the natural brass...it adds an earthy touch to jewelry. Vintaj natural brass is a solid brass made up of 85% copper and 15% zinc. The brass goes through 7 stages of hand embellishing so every piece has its own unique color and luster.
These decorative washers are great for multi-dimensional layering over other Vintaj pieces or beads for added oomph and are especially helpful for those situations when you're trying to reach conformity with the hole-size in beads, charms, filigree, findings, etc. The package includes six 3/8-inch flat washers, three 5/16-inch fluted washers, and three 1/4-inch flower washers. For layering, the package includes three different sizes of rivets: 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, and 1/2-inch.
These washers aren't just for jewelry-making, though. They can also be used for the little bits and pieces for decorating chip board, leather, grunge board, metals, canvas, etc.
