8-Day Wall Clock Movement Mechanism Pendulum Drop Parts

I was very disappointed with how this product was packaged. The pendulum rod was bent in half so that it would fit in the small box it was shipped in. Also, the two clock parts that hold the hands were pretruding through the box. Can't get the part to work now. Key won't turn to wind it. :-(
