Janome Sewing Machine Extra Spool Thread Pin

I bought these to replace the missing thread pin on my 20-year old Kenmore sewing machine. I had to modify this pin a little to make it fit because the pin base was slightly smaller than the hole on my machine. I put a tiny rubber gasket around the base and wedge it in the hole and voila!
