I am no serger expert. I mainly use it to finish raw edges. However, this machine is very versatile. It comes pre-threaded which is awesome because it looks insane to thread it. The only thing I would say you should take into consideration is what you plan to do with it. It doesn't do thick hems or multiplelayers of fabric very well. It is definitely not an industrial machine, but if you are using it for home, it should be all you need.

This die cutting machine is worth every penny, after owning a Cuttlebug for the last year, and it did a fine job as long as you were willing to work and force and manipulate things to get it to work. I am a fairly serious card maker who loves the precision of die cuts. This machine allows me to love dies even more because it is now effortless. This machine is strong and fast and does a much better job of working with all my dies from many different manufactures. I wonder why I hesitated at all to buy this machine. It has a permanent location and is in the ready with my dies in a file (type) box just ready to be pulled out and used. I also started a sample file of every die shape I own so that I can see if that is the one that will work. I have always thought this would be a nice thing to have but the effort of doing it held me back till I got the Vagabond. Within two days the plastic cutting pads were scarred from stem to stern. I had put a months worth of cutting in two days on them, having a blast and loving the ease. It has never faultered and cuts everything more thoroughly and I have the ability to cut more variety of products. I love my Vagabond!!!!! If they are out on Amazon try Ellenhutson.com.

It should have come boxed instead of plastic wrap around it with a thin carboard backing. I was dissapointed that the Marble design is only on one side and not both sides, which I believe would make it a much more professional product.

These are good looking large chandeliers and adding beads make very nice earrings. The only problem is weight. Even with the lightest beads earrings were too heavy for my ears, so I gave them away. If you do not care about weight, I recommend it.

Janome Sewing Machine Cover for 3050 8077 2010 and more
I bought two of these for my Janome 8077 sewing machines. They are great hard shell covers. They are not what I consider a carrying case as the item does not have a base. It fits over the top of the machine and allows you access to the handle. For my purposes, it works great. If you want a case that secures the machine completely inside, this is not the item for you.

Had good experience with Findingking before so, ordered the second item.
The description was wrong on Amazon.com. The description read that it was silver plated but, the actual product was nickel plated. Right now, it shows correctly. Besides the store sent half the order first and upon contacting them with the order number resolved it and send the second packet as well.
I was disappointed because the description read Silver plated but the product was not.
Singer Knitting Machine
I'm a grown-up who loves toys and gadgets. Thought this looked interesting. Yeah, I read the "cheap plastic, too small, frustrating, etc), I'm also a "see for myself" type. Glad I am, because I am having an absolute blast.
It is a toy, not made for production. It takes a while to get started and understand what it and you are doing. I ripped it out about 3X before I got successful results.
The directions and pics are not as good as they could be, but you can figure it out after studying the movements-don't worry it's not calculus.
I wouldn't recommend for a child unless an adult goes through the whole thing first, since I could see the frustration it would create, but don't worry adults, you do not NEED any prior knitting knowledge it's that easy.
I would suggest not using the yarn that comes with it until later. Pick up some regular ol yarn and use that first. That way you can see what's going on. The fuzzy stuff will obscure your view and be more difficult to rip out. One other thing, remember, it is plastic, use a light touch or it will break.
For what it's worth, there are similar ones on the market-they're all basically the same. I preffered this one because it felt more substanital and it sits upright. I can set it on my lap while doing it and the results caome out the back. The others were like buckets that need to be used on a flat surface where the knitting comes out the bottom with little clearance so you have to contstantly adjust the tension, not difficult per se, just more to pay attention to.
Give it a try, it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am having a good time turning out swatches.

This machine has served me well in my professional drapery workroom for over 2 years. The owner's manual is poorly translated, so it took me a while to correctly interpret the instructions and apply them so that the machine worked predictably and well. Grandfather Mantle Clock Pendulum Clockmaker 54mm Part
Was looking for a pendant for my Ingraham wall clock. Not exactly as "shinny" as the pic, but that was expected and not a big deal for me as it is covered by a stained glass door. So far has been helping to keep time within 3-5 mins for the full 8 days the clock is designed for. For a clock made pre-1900's, I think that's great.
