These trays work great. I bought them for an Art Party at my house recently. It was nice to have so many, as everyone had their own. They are small but they worked well and cleaned up easily.

I have yet to work with a 3M product that wasn't thoughtfully designed and executed with top notch quality this glue gun is a perfect example of how small details add up to make a big difference.
I use this glue gun several times a week and can go through 20 10" glue sticks in one sitting while doing small production runs. That's not enough work for me to justify the cost of 3M's high end "factory" glue guns, but enough work that the cheap hobby glue guns found at craft stores weren't able to keep up. This gun is perfect for someone in my situation.
The biggest improvement you'll enjoy over hobby guns is the heating element it gets up to temp faster and holds more melted glue. Hobby guns couldn't keep up with me I'd run out of glue and have to wait for more to melt before I could proceed. With this gun, you never have to wait even if you're working in an unheated garage in the dead of winter.
The glue gun is about 50% larger than a hobby/craft style. That extra length comes in handy when you need to reach into tight spots. The larger trigger gives fine control over how much glue is applied and also allows you to shoot a larger quantity of glue in one squeeze. The "filling" end of the gun is also longer, allowing you to add another glue stick earlier, so you're less likely to run out of glue in the middle of application.
Two final reasons why I enjoy using this glue gun: It drips less hot glue while sitting idle than any other gun I've used and it's more stable while sitting on my workbench than any other gun I've used most of the hobby guns end up falling over and leaving a puddle of glue to clean up.

I went looking to buy the TB30. I actually liked the graphics and all the pretty lights. Hey, might as well have a "light show" while sewing kites! I ended-up buying the new re-packaged TB30: the DC4030. Oh, I lost some of the pretty lights along with the graphics, as the 4030 is just the TB30 in a "plain, brown wrapper." But, not one ounce of functionality or quality! It's all there and it's just GREAT! It even came with a hard case, something I wanted and was glad I didn't have to buy separately. I've sewn a good 12 different kinds of fabrics on it to date. Thanks to the adjustable pressure feet, whatever I've tossed at it, it's delivered top quality stitching right back at me. No errors, no goofs, no bound-up bobbins or stitches. Just great sewing. I call it, "Janome style" when it comes to the machine's stitch quality. The SFS may be a marketing whatever, but, I'm brutally honest when I state, SFS is reality! I've sewn on other Janome machines without SFS. There is just no comparison between a Janome SFS and a Janome non-SFS. Get the SFS, you won't be sorry. Bottom line: no complaints from me. Oh, here are the machines I compared before I purchased: Brother PC210 and PC420 and the SE400 (all looked good on paper with lots of great comments, but...sorry, Brother, your quality is still in question) and the Janome 1050 and 2150 (both of these machines are close in what they offer. However, less plastic in my machine, the better I like it and these had too much plastic...in the operating mechanism. That's not to say it's wrong to do that, Brother, Singer, and Janome have been doing it a long time. But, I'll pass). I also looked real closely at the Janome Memory Craft. But, some things can't be...on my budget! Endgame: My 4030 is poised, ready to create kites, curtains, etc. right next to my Janome Serger.
Janome Sewing Machine Cover for 3050 8077 2010 and more
I bought two of these for my Janome 8077 sewing machines. They are great hard shell covers. They are not what I consider a carrying case as the item does not have a base. It fits over the top of the machine and allows you access to the handle. For my purposes, it works great. If you want a case that secures the machine completely inside, this is not the item for you.

Embrilliance ALPHATRICKS Embroidery Machine Software
Let me start with the 2 things I did not like. 1. I had to hunt down the instructions for using it & 2. I wish I had control in adjusting the size of the fonts prior to importing them. That done, I think this program is fantastic. I had tried the 'place the letters on my own' game & it did not even come close to working. Alphatricks has taken care of all that for me. If you yearn for greater freedom in your choice of fonts with the ease of importing them into your own font program then get Aphaltricks right away.

I have purchased five of these machines to use with 4th thru 8th grade beginning sewing students. This machine has shown to be sturdy and all around easy to use with kids. I have sewn many different fabrics and used many different stitches with great success. It is very easy to wind a bobbin and thread. Over the last two years, no complaints at all.
Snow Globe with Wood Base Makes a Fun Project
This comes with two snow globe kits. Each kit has a glass sphere, rubber seal, and a wooden base. You need to purchse separately some silicone sealer, like you'd use to seal the bathtub or a fishtank.
You can use the silicone to glue an item to the rubber seal. I was just putting some small seashells and beach sand from a recent trip in mine, so I didn't do this.
Add water to the globe. The instructions recommend some alcohol to prevent bacteria, and some glycerin to break surface tension. Then push the rubber seal in the globe, being careful to get out all the air bubbles.
I put some water into a bowl, and held the globe underwater while pushing on one side of the seal to let the last few air bubbles escape. I also found that more bubbles appeared overnight, probably air trapped in the shells or sand, so you might want to let things soak for a few days to make sure there are no bubbles inside your globe.
After the rubber seal has had time to completely dry, apply some silicone sealant, and let that dry. Then you can use silicone sealant to glue the whole thing in the wooden base.
My finished globe looks great, and is a nice reminder of my trip.

My Daughter just got her first Charm bracelet which she wants to add Charms to make it her own. I tried to find charms with the lobster claps but she never liked what I picked out. Her first charm was "LOVE" in sterling silver. It had the ring claps that you have to bend out put on, then squeeze back together. I told her once that was on, it was best to leave it because I was afraid if she took it off couple times the little claps would brake, warp, and just not stay together which could cause her to lose her charm.
Well after looking though charms I ran across the Sterling Silver Split Rings Charm Bead Parts, they are just the trick for what she needed. She planned on getting several charms in different grouping so she could switch them out and have more than one bracelet that way.
These rings are like what you use to add keys to a key ring, but tiny. The sizes ranged from 4mm to 28mm or bigger in several types of metal.
Now she can add as little or as many as she wants and not worry about wearing out the claps that came with the charm.
I think I will get a charm holder to put extra charms on so when she wants to remove them from her bracelet she has a safe place to put them. Would have never thought of that if I had not been looking for charms on Amazon. They have such a variety of things listed together it gives you ideas on making other stuff.
So if you want to get a nice bracelet chain with these rings you can add or change charms whenever you want. It's like having more than one bracelet all by changing out your charms with the rings. Easy as changing your keys to another key ring. Such a great idea...
High-shank Open Toe Even-feed Foot 200-338-006 - Janome
Although a zipper foot came with my machine, it was bulky and I was not able to use it when applying a pocket lining to the inside zipper of a purse for my daughter-in-law. However, with this foot, it went in with a ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZip! ! ! Love it and will use it for all my zipping needs. AND, it came very quickly which is always a priority and in brand new shape. Great item to add to the sewing box.

I bought this about a year ago to save on framing our wedding pictures. I knew less than nothing about mat cutting, but the directions were clear and the process was fairly intuitive.
The good:
Simple to operate, good instructions. Great for smaller, pre-sized pieces. Offers the opportunity to save money and be more flexible with mat designs.
The Bad:
No squaring arm for cutting down full mat sheets. This is a real drag as full sheets are the most economical way to go. Since it has the straight cutting head, I assumed it would make provisions for cutting large pieces. In addition, the straight cutting head pivots somewhat on the guide rail, leading to slightly wavy cuts. I became aware of this and am now careful to try and avoid it, but its been a consistent problem. If one cut is off, especially when making complex or multi layered mats, the whole thing will be off. Finally, the mat width is limited to 4.5 inches. Yes, its plainly noted on the box. I thought that would be plenty. It isn't. This isn't a flaw in the product, more of a heads up to potential buyers.
Overall it is a decent product. I understand its more of an introductory model, but the manufacturer seems to have skimped in some areas that in my opinion are crucial to the success of the eventual user.
If I had it to do over again, I'd spend the extra money and go for a slightly larger model with a squaring arm and more professional features.

Those of us who work with Polymer Clay become adept at finding new uses for old tools and at making our own molds and marking tools. I'm no exception, but having just received my Makin's Clay professional tool set, I'm impressed. The quality is excellent and the marking tools useful and interesting. I hadn't intended to use the set for making texture plates, but now that I've seen it, I've realized it will be excellent for the purpose too. Maybe this isn't a dire necessity for clay workers but it sure is a treat! Very glad I purchased it.

So I got this demo set, and it looks nothing like the common green stuff. There's 4 colors, and 4 vomit putties. The vomits are covered in a greasy liquid, while the 4 colors are dryish.
Mixing feels nothing like green stuff. It's more smooth due to the oils in the vomit, and sticks less to your fingers. You can use wet fingers to make them stick less, but the putty will slip around more.
So far, it's less troublesome and sticky than green stuff (sticky to hands) Also molds alot easier then fresh green stuff.
I applied to to some custom transformers to anchor 2 pieces of plastic together. I'll edit the review later on when the apoxy solidifies.3 stars, since I'm only halfway done experiencing this product.

Decent enough kit. The container is a bit loose so you will want to hold it shut with tape or a rubber band after you initially open it. The only other gripe is that the spools can be a little challenging to work with if the 5 or so types of thread on each one start to get tangled.
