The only issue when serging fishing line is that the thread/fabric tends to bunch up. It say to pull through from the back while guiding from the front and that's not easy on a serger. You can do but it doesn't help. When you're doing long pieces, you have to run about a yard of just line & thread and straighten the ruffle out. But it is a real time saver

They break with when closing the clam shell. Would like a refund. I also purchased the silver ones, and they also work the same way...what's up with this?? I have a jewerly business and need this stuff in order to keep my customers happy. I am not happy with this product, did I just get bad batch I thought, but the silver ones have the same issue?? Please advise.

I just bought these scissors recently at a local big box craft store (not Amazon). After putting in the two batteries, they wouldn't work. Eventually they started moving, but then fizzled out quickly. No matter what I tried they wouldn't stay on. It seemed like some connection was loose inside. I returned them and got my money back!!
Obviously this poor review doesn't reflect on Amazon, but I thought it might be useful for anyone who was thinking about buying these scissors.

Well, unless you're planning on cutting off the crimp anvils and welding them to a cheap pair of pliers (as I wound up doing), you are going to be gravely disappointed in the flimsy construction of this tool. I tested the tool immediately upon arrival. In crimping the very first eyelet, the force required to crimp it was greater than the tool could withstand. The thin, soft steel of the pliers warped all out of shape as I bore down on the eyelet. It successfully crimped one. To crimp a second eyelet I would have had to spend time trying to return the tool to its original shape. I cannot recommend this product. I would give it zero stars, but Amazon insists I give it at least one. (Amazon, you owe me a star.)

Singer Regular Point Needles- Size 11
If you are sewing light fabrics, you might wish to try a size 11 needle, as manufactured by Singer. Especially if the fabric is satin or satin-like and is "pulling" when the needle enters it. By what I understand, the size 11 needle is rather reserved for serging work but, it doesn't "have to be exclusively so" if you've a mind to use it for regular sewing projects. It works for me.

I was excited to try out this airbush (Badger 200-20 Detail) as I'd read some great reviews on it and Badger has a great reputation. Unfortunately when the airbrush kit arrived today, it had the wrong airbrush in it. As you can see from the picture, it has the Vega Nailaire airbrush instead of the 200 Detail. This is obviously incorrect as some of the parts included in the kit won't work with this airbrush. I contacted Amazon and they were very helpful however this product is out of stock so I was unable to get a replacement. I ordered a different 200 Detail kit (from Amazon) and they were good enough to expedite the shipping so hopefully I'll have a more positive review tomorrow.
