I have to say that I was really excited about this item when I was looking at it online. The images online were very clear and I imagined so many things I could might be able to do with it. What I received is the quilt square but it isn't put on normal cotton or muslin fabric...it is on a silky/slimy feeling blend of fabric. Not what I was expecting at all. I guess some was my fault because I didn't mark out with my ruler how big 10 x 10 was so was pretty surprised at how small it really is so it wouldn't be good for a normal size throw pillow unless I can find complimentary colors to border it but even then the picture won't stand out much as a focal point. Anyway, it is a nice picture and now I have a picture on a "hanky" that I guess I can keep as a keepsake though I can't see myself really doing anything with it. Mostly my fault which is why I gave it 3 stars but some sellers fault for not showcasing the square next to a normal throw pillow to give normal buyers like me a visual guide before buying.

They have changed the sizes slightly making some holders and some blades not fit and work right. Their is no way to know this until you try it, if they cut right you have compatible parts.
unfortunately they have done this a few times and their are a lot of pieces that just don't fit, keep your invoice and make sure they except returns and exchanges if you get ones that do not fit.
what is really bad is they look like they do fit and you really have no way to tell unless you try to cut threw 3-4 thin pieces of paper, they wont work then. Especially so with the decorative blades.
pick a different brand, less work and aggravation
Manufacture is terrible for help also, took me months of correspondence till i found out my problem and they still didn't tell me or have a way to verify what pieces really are the correct ones, they never changed the model numbers. P.I.T.A.

To the reviewer that had an on/off problem .... you may have crossed the plugs. The electric box is stamped with Motor - Light. If it just runs then unplug and switch sockets. Hope this helps.

Recently I was using a Paasche Model H single action airbrush on a project.In the cleaning process I dropped the airbrush's set screw and even with the assistance of a magnet was unable to find the part. I was shocked that after years of there being a Paasche dealer here in town the local art supply place had quit selling parts, much less airbrushes.
I did order some replacement parts via Amazon but noticed afterward I opted for the free shipping and it moved a bit slower than I was wanting (the vendor had them on back-order I believe). I ordered another set this time from Paasche through Amazon and not surprisinglythey all arrived at the same time.
They aren't very expensive -buta missing one can grind working on a project to a halt.
I recommend to those of you like me that aren't in a large enough market for local supply/resupply to check out Amazon's many wonderful merchants.

50 Extra Heavy Duty 2 Hole D Ring / Triangle Picture Frame Hanger
These were shipped quickly (and with extra hanging samples!), and were just as described. I used them to hang some rather heavy frames I bought from Hobby Lobby, along with plastic coated wire. Worked like a dream, and the screws were included (you'll notice they aren't always, so pay attention!). Highly recommend.

This is a nice, handy little box. I like it how you can rearrange the separators inside to vary the size of the compartments. My only complaint is that the clips used to open and close the box are a little clumsy. I almost always struggle a little bit to make sure the box is closing correctly.

I was dying to get a Walking foot so I could complete my first quilt. Being impatient, I checked around my local stores, but I was shocked at the price tags ($50 +). So I decided to wait and look for it online.
When I found this kit, I was thrilled. The Walking foot, and several other feet I was looking for--all for less than the cost of the walking foot locally. So I took a chance that it would work with my Brother machine, and ordered it.
The vendor shipped it in literally a matter of hours, and I had it in my hands in 2 days!!! I opened the box, looked at the picture in the directions, and was quilting in less than 5 minutes. Since then, I've used it quite a bit with no issues. I've also tested all of the other feet, and they all work very well and seem to be great quality.
I've also tested the feet on my sister-in-laws Kenmore, and my very old Singer. And the feet worked with those as well.
Since this purchase, I have bought another Distinctive 7-piece Set (Home Dec) and have been thrilled with it too.
Janome Memory Craft MC300E Embroidery-Only Machine By The Each
I originally got the Brother SE400. The Brother has a far superior feature set and the price is half of this machine. However, the quality of stitching was so poor, especially on smaller designs, that the Brother was returned and I purchased the Janome 300e. I haven't looked back.
Sure I miss the USB and some of the features, such as the auto cut, but I don't miss the broken needles, the birdnests or the unit eating my material. Simply put, the Janome works and works great. After 500k stitches, I have had no issues at all.
It would be nice if Janome came out with another consumer-based embroidery machine that has USB and autocut (under $1000, that is). Until then, you cannot go wrong with the 300e.

Singer Superb Computerized Sewing Machine 2010CL
I bought this to start back/ begin sewing. It is a nice little machine that comes with a wide variety of accessories and stitches. There are arrows and diagrams everywhere on how to load your thread, wind your bobbin, and how to load your bobbin. It takes a lot of the guess work out if you are unwilling to open the manual if you are like me.
I will say do not buy this machine if the fonts are the deciding factor. They are not as nice as an embroidered font and honestly I could live without them because so many of them are not pretty and useless. When I purchased this machine I was having problems with it skipping stitches with the decorative stitches and the fonts. This was a user error that a friend of mine helped me with. I just had to adjust the tension and no more skipped stitches. I've had the machine about a week and have used it for applique and basic sewing and I've been happy with it so far. There are some fun fancy stitches though not all of them are perfect. You can at least make out what they are and it is enough to make me happy.
I have not used the memory function just yet so I cannot speak of the abilities, but the push button start stop, up/down button, and slide speed control are all very useful and make sewing just that much easy. There is also a button that can be used to either do one complete fancy stitch or to complete the last fancy stitch of a row so none of the stitch is missed. I'm not sure what the button is called but it has been a fantastic resource so I do not have to guess when to stop at the end of a cute in depth stitch.
I will update as time goes by but so far I'm happy with my choice.
I do have nitpicky complaints now that I've used it for a bit longer. The reverse stitch button only works if you have come to a complete stop. I find this irritating because it slows me down. My other complaint is that you cannot use the start/stop button while the foot peddle is plugged in. I like to use both for different reasons but I find that I have to stop what I'm doing with the foot peddle and unplug it to use the start/stop button. These are not major issues, but they are irritating.
