I've seen some people complain about this being plastic, but I don't see why it matters. It's sturdy enough, fits my Singer perfectly and hasn't had any damage after at least a half-dozen uses so far. I couldn't find an invisible zipper foot for my machine from any of my local stores, so finding this here was a life-saver!

This mannequin is very nice for artist reference. I was excited when I got mine, however I am disappointed. The hips are not full range of motion. They only move front to back. So posing your mannequin in a fighting stance, or doing a side kick, or sitting on a barbie horse (what my sister tried to do), it just doesn't work.
The hips have the same range of motion as a lego figure, the mannequin however does have bendable knees and ankles

This concentrated paint tempera is great for marking a running trail while still being biodegradable. I mixed mine ith flour to quite a bit, but the color still stood out well. I'm sure it would be good for painting also.

I picked this up for our kids (ages 7 10) and they love it! It's great to see them playing a game that doesn't require batteries, but it recharges their brains and helps with their reading and spelling. Janome Ditch Quilting Guide & Adjustable Quilting Guide for Even
For $24 I expected a lot more then what I received. I expected the ditch quilting guide to be what it said a guide. Having watched the You Tube demo thought it might improve my in-the-ditch quilting. However,I found that I still had to focus very much where the needle was going rather then where "guide" was. Stitching didn't stay straight because of the guide! Live and learn!!

A basic paper cutter, I have found so many uses for this! It cuts through several pieces of paper at once maybe 10 sheets, and the rotary blade is precise and much safer than the guillotine style. I use it to cut photos I've printed from the computer, school projects, cutting strips for paper chains, cutting paper for crafts, cutting recipes to fit into my recipe box, etc. It's small enough to store easily too and even to bring it with me if I'm crafting away from home.

I wanted a small toolbox in the laundry room for the small things that need to be fixed at times when you don't want to go into the garage and get just a pair of pliers or a box cutter. I bought this paper cutter to cut the spines off of books so that I can scan them. It works pretty well, but it does take some practice.
First of all, clean it up when you get it. Mine had some red greasy substance on different parts of it. The grease is also on the blade so you have to be very careful cleaning that. But thoroughly clean all parts before using or you will have a grease spot on your paper!
Also, the blade starts cutting at the point furthest away from you and comes forward. That means that it does move the paper somewhat, even if you have the paper holder down and tight.
I have so many books and so I decided to start scanning them. I cut off the covers with a box cutter, and then I use this paper cutter to cut the spine off. You have to very careful because some books, like mass-market paperbacks, do not have big margins so there is smaller room for error!
When I have thick books, I usually split the book into two or three parts before using this cutter to cut off the spine. I just take the box cutter and open the book to where I want to split it, and then I slice the spine by starting at the top and cutting straight down. It is very easy and will make your cuts with this paper cutter easier.
I then use my Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 to scan my books!
It's awesome.
One more thing....it's great with older books. If I want an older book, I can usually find it cheap on Amazon, and it it's Amazon Prime, even better! I have bought so many books for about $3.00 and then scanned them it! Then I can read it on my Kindle or my iPad or computer.
